INFUSE is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to hunt, develop, and close net-new business across targeted accounts. This is a pure hunter role suited for a self-sufficient seller who thrives in outbound environments, owns their book of business end-to-end, and is accountable for revenue outcomes.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B demand generation, MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or technology-led solutions, and is comfortable driving deals from first touch through contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute a territory and account-based business plan focused on net-new revenueProspect into new and existing target accounts using outbound, social, and referral-led strategiesDrive full-cycle sales execution — from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closeBuild and manage a healthy, accurate pipeline to support forecasting and revenue predictabilityLead sales conversations, discovery calls, and solution demos with mid-market and enterprise buyersCollaborate closely with Demand Strategists to design custom, performance-driven solutionsPosition INFUSE’s value across demand generation, ABM, intent-driven marketing, and brand-to-demandMaintain strong CRM hygiene and provide clear visibility into deal progressOperate autonomously while contributing insights back to the wider sales and GTM teams
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a quota-carrying B2B sales roleProven success in a hunter / new business acquisition roleBackground in demand generation, MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing services preferredDemonstrated ability to build and grow your own book of businessStrong prospecting skills across outbound, LinkedIn, email, and network-driven sellingExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilitiesHighly organized with strong time management and pipeline disciplineSelf-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal oversightTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
