Outlook 2023 marked our third edition of insights and analysis of key trends shaping the B2B space, informed by our own first-party research and practicable advice on what to prioritise throughout the year to ensure demand performance.
Looking back at the predictions we made for 2023, there were many that did come to pass, and others that (thankfully) did not. For example, the market did not succumb to a recession as many experts had envisioned. However, the adoption of RevOps and Account Based Marketing best practices, did occur as forecasted, and both continue to be key strategies in 2024.
