Collaborating closely with the Freightos marketing team, INFUSE demand experts crafted a custom survey and content campaign that leveraged insights from key industry players and internal stakeholders. The result was a versatile, thought leadership asset designed to establish Freightos as an authority across both paid and organic marketing campaigns.

The creation of this asset took place in two phases.

During the research phase, INFUSE crafted custom questions to engage Freightos’ target audience and gather valuable data insights to drive content positioning.

These respondents were engaged across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and one-to-one outreach. The survey included multiple-choice questions, one open-ended response, and no skip logic to ensure clear, actionable data.

The campaign targeted manager to VP-level prospects involved in logistics and procurement across a number of verticals in Europe.

The INFUSE team shared research responses with Freightos, and utilised these to build an executive summary to reengage participants.

The second phase centred on the creation of a high-quality eBook, complemented by expert interviews and additional research.
